Key Responsibilities:
• Manage design and sourcing of training and learning content
• Facilitate workshops for employees and managers




• Partner with stakeholders to identify content needs
• Conduct succession planning reviews with leadership
• Evaluate learning initiatives for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in Learning & Development
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Experience with E-Learning Authoring Tools
• Robust project management and facilitation skills
• Ability to travel 15-20%
