This role requires a dedicated Physiotherapist to support the acute medicine program at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. You will work within an interprofessional team, focusing on patient-centered care and potentially cross-training in other hospital locations. Your expertise in managing surgical and rehab patients will be essential in providing quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-centered care in an acute medicine program
• Collaborate with an interprofessional healthcare team
• Participate in cross-training across multiple hospital sites




• Utilize strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
• Manage rehabilitation and acute patients' needs

Requirements:
• B.Sc. PT or MSc PT, registered in Ontario
• Minimum two years' experience in acute hospital settings
• Experience with oxygen titration and tracheal suctioning
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
