OCH seeks a detail-oriented Finance Officer to bolster financial management. This full-time hybrid role involves collaboration with the Manager of Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting. You will focus on budgeting, forecasting, and developing operational controls to ensure effective financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting for operational and capital projects
• Ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions
• Monitor adherence to financial controls and recommend improvements
• Provide cash flow analysis to support decision-making
Requirements:
• University degree or 3-year diploma in Accounting or Business
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience
• CPA designation or in progress
• Knowledge of accounting principles for non-profits
• Robust analytical skills and proficiency in financial software
