Take the lead in resident care coordination with AgeCare, where empowering lives is our mission. This role is central to delivering exceptional care while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

As a Resident Care Coordinator at AgeCare, you will report directly to the Executive Director or Director of Care, overseeing resident care services to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Your leadership will foster teamwork and uphold the core values of Trust, Respect, and Quality. You'll be instrumental in reviewing incident reports, supporting care staff, and managing the admission process of residents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate resident care services consistently
• Review incident reports and implement corrective actions




• Oversee resident admissions in collaboration with placement coordination
• Schedule Resident Annual Care Conferences diligently
• Keep the management team updated on emerging issues

Requirements:
• Minimum HCA Provincial Certification required
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• At least 5 years of relevant care experience
• Demonstrated leadership strengths in supervision
• Experience caring for residents with Dementia
