Blackline Safety seeks a skilled Renewal Coordinator to join our team, focusing on customer retention and seamless renewal processes. Ensure every worker's safety and enhance client satisfaction while managing the renewal lifecycle.

As a key player in our mission, you will support the organization by managing assigned service renewals for existing clients. This role requires collaboration with customers, distributors, and internal teams to guarantee successful renewal execution. You will also maintain accurate customer and contract data while monitoring renewal activities to mitigate risks and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service renewals throughout the entire lifecycle
• Create and update quotations and customer records




• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor renewal activities using reporting tools
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding renewals

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in client-focused roles
• Experience with CRM, ERP applications, preferably NetSuite
• Robust data management skills, especially in MS Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Proven problem-solving techniques for effective operations
