Key Responsibilities:
• Manage construction projects from initiation to closeout
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Lead and mentor project team members and subcontractors




• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct regular site visits for quality and safety checks

Requirements:
• Proven construction project management experience ($5K to $20M)
• Post-secondary education in project management or related field
• PMP designation is an asset
• Robust understanding of building systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
