CLWR is seeking a Program Finance Manager in Winnipeg to enhance our compliance systems and financial management. This hybrid role requires expertise in project finance and donor compliance.

This full time position reports to the Co-Directors of CLWR’s International Program Team. The successful candidate will support project budget developments, donor documentation, and financial risk management for our diverse international programming. You will be a vital resource, providing guidance to Program Managers and strengthening our finance systems as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on project budget compliance with donor requirements
• Monitor project financial performance and compliance accurately




• Assist Program Managers in financial close-out processes
• Coordinate and oversee project audits and reviews
• Develop finance and compliance tools and training for staff

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in finance or related field
• 3–5 years of project finance experience
• Excellent knowledge of GAC financial requirements
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication skills in English
