The Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island's west coast is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead the day-to-day operations of the Pastry Department and support the savoury kitchen. Our in-house pastry team produces breads, patisserie, viennoiserie, chocolate, and desserts with a focus on seasonal ingredients.
You will manage menus, inventory, training, and coordination with The Pointe Restaurant and other venues, uphold Relais & Châteaux and AAA 4/5 Diamond standards, and mentor staff while delivering
