Join Stantec as an Archaeological Technical Writer, focusing on critical projects across British Columbia. This 12-month contract has the possibility of transitioning to a full time role.
As part of Stantec’s archaeology team, you will prepare essential regulatory documents and oversee field data management. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's in Archaeology or Anthropology and extensive experience in Cultural Resource Management. You’ll work closely with environmental experts and Indigenous communities, fostering a team-oriented environment dedicated to safety and innovation.
Key Responsibilities: • Create and submit regulatory deliverables and reports • Oversee both manual and digital collection of field data • Engage in health, safety, security, and workplace initiatives
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields • At least 5 years of archaeological experience • Excellent technical writing skills • Passion for safety in the workplace • Ability to problem-solve with creativity
