Duties
Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicle exteriors and interiors, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
Apply protective treatments such as sealants or coatings to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity
Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to management or customers
Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process
Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment at all times
Assist with inventory management of supplies and report any maintenance needs
Experience
Prior experience in cleaning or auto detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for quality workmanship
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of vehicle surfaces, cleaning products, and safety procedures is a plus
valid class 5 driver licence
