Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individual Resident interests and program needs
• Design, deliver, and evaluate social and recreation programs
• Foster autonomy and engagement among Residents
• Build strong relationships with Residents and families
• Coordinate and guide volunteers for program support

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Therapeutic Recreation program
• Minimum three years of related experience
• Serving It Right and FoodSafe certifications
• Robust organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
