About the Role
As our Project Coordinator , you'll serve as an important connection between our clients, trade partners, site teams, and internal team.
Using established systems and strong communication, you'll help ensure every project detail is documented, schedules stay coordinated, and important milestones are achieved.
You won't be left wondering where a project stands. Our systems are well established, your responsibilities will be clearly defined,
and your input will be valued.
Responsibilities
Use JobTread project management software to help keep projects organized and moving forward
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm walkthroughs, inspections, and trade activities
Assist clients with onboarding, project updates, and walkthrough coordination
Track permits, approvals, budgets, change orders, and other important project documentation
Maintain accurate records relating to materials, vendors, communications, and site progress
Help ensure each project phase follows our established design-build process
Participate in internal meetings to identify potential challenges and address roadblocks early
Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and site teams
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative work, preferably within construction, design, or design-build
Highly organized, comfortable with technology, and confident using Google Workspace
Clear, proactive, and professional communication skills
Enjoy creating structure and helping teams stay organized and aligned
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing setting involving multiple stakeholders
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Interested in becoming part of the company for the long term
Experience using JobTread software is an asset
Familiarity with Tarion Warranty requirements and Ontario permitting processes
Ability to turn complex processes or information into clear, actionable next steps
Calm, collaborative, and proactive approach to problem-solving

Compensation & Benefits
Full-time position
Competitive salary of $55,000 to $65,000 CAD per year , based on experience
Paid time off and flexibility for personal and family needs
Uniforms, laptop access, and technology support
Mileage reimbursement for travel to job sites
