Ready to be a member of an integrated health care team and work collaboratively with Public Health, Homecare and other members of the integrated health care teams. Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse, where majority of services take place located in Yellowknife, NT.
Key Responsibilities Provides nursing support to the practitioners in the clinic, including direct nursing care before and after procedures being performed,
Facilitate, support and promote, a culture of teamwork




Facilitate, implement and modifies patient and family educational/teaching based on the needs of the patient in conjunction with members of the Integrated Care Team.
Key Qualifications A Practical Nursing Diploma from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program
Medication Administration course or certificate
Experience working in an interdisciplinary model
Understanding of, and an ability to apply, the nursing processes (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) within the LPN scope of practice.
Expertise to provide training, advice and assessment using specialized equipment, medications, tools, and techniques.
