The Faculty of Trades and Technology is looking for a Non-regular Appliance Service Technician Instructor to fill short-term needs in the program. This role may extend from a day to weeks, with the potential for a regularized contract. You'll guide students in obtaining their Red Seal qualifications and deliver the BC Provincial Gas Certificate when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective training in appliance repair techniques
• Guide students towards Red Seal qualification completion
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences in appliance systems




• Provide instruction for the BC Gas Certificate course
• Ensure compliance with KFA Collective Agreement guidelines

Requirements:
• BC Certificate of Qualification or Interprovincial Red Seal
• BC Gas Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Minimum five years industry experience as Appliance Service Journeyperson
• Background check clearance required
• Commitment to student development and industry standards
