Become a vital part of Fraser Health's Primary Care Network as a Mental Health Clinician in Chilliwack, B.C. Support clients with mental health and substance use conditions with your expertise in crisis intervention and case consultation.

We are looking for a Relief Full Time Clinician to play a key role in connecting clients with necessary community services and offering initial assessments. As a Primary Care Network Clinician, you will formulate treatment plans and conduct short-term counselling, ensuring effective service delivery for clients in need of mental health support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide diagnostic assessments and individual/group therapy sessions
• Coordinate care with MH&SUS; and PCN teams
• Facilitate access to community rehabilitation services




• Advocate for clients regarding housing and income support
• Educate clients and staff on mental health resources

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Counselling
• Two years’ experience in community or hospital settings
• Valid B.C. Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Robust knowledge of CBT and mental health disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
