Position Overview: Richardson Wealth Management is on a transformation journey and want to develop and implement an industry-changing digital strategy that will enable the firm to deliver an unmatched, seamless digital experience for clients and advisors and find new ways to serve clients, integrate digital touchpoints and channels to improve operational efficiencies and attract the next generation of client, advisor and employee with flexible options for engagement.
As Journey Analyst , you will support the Journey owners with market and user research, journey optimization (e.g. experience redesign), journey orchestration and agile delivery and execution.
Strategy / Value Focus Partners withthe journey owners andkey stakeholders to articulatejourneyvision; documents problem / chance and broader context; defines the desired future states using outcomes as measures of success and with a strong focus onexperience andvalue delivery
Business Needs Discovery, Visualization, and Validation Collaborates withjourney ownersand other stakeholders to identify business needs; captures / presents business needs asjourney mapsand visualized requirements
Stakeholder Engagement / Communication Identifies stakeholders and ensures they are actively providing necessary inputs to teams
Knowledge Centre for the Team Acts as the team’s central point for business /experienceknowledge and ensuresUX Designers,Process Engineers,



ProductOwnersand other team members have necessary information and knowledge to complete their activities
Collaboration Facilitator Engages the right set of staff within the team based on desired goals to facilitate collaborative working sessions
Proactive Issue Identification – self-organizes around risks / issues / blockers; raises them as soon as they are identified or appear
Continuous Improvement Support Practices continuous improvement and is on the constant lookout for opportunities; provides and adapts to continuous feedback positively

Duties & Responsibilities: Works in collaboration withthe journey ownerand the product ownertoable to translate business concepts into easy-to-understand technical language
Supports the journey ownerin defining and documenting the optimized journeys
Works in collaboration with the journey owner to organize and facilitate program increment planning (PI planning)
Helps theJourneyOwnerdefine and own the value definition ofthe Epis and acceptation criteria of the stories
Collaborates with theIT deliveryteam toenable them toprovide a delivery estimate for user stories to gaina teamcommitment
Works ahead of the delivery team todefine optimized journeysfor nextiterationsofepics and features
Helps inacceptance criteriacreationin a format that supports Acceptance Test Driven Development
Provides discipline, rigor, andbusinesscontextto the requirements definition and validation process
Is an effective facilitator for delivery team to deliver incremental units of business value




Can decompose and describe business needs asepics and featureswhile enabling incremental delivery
Can visualize business needs /requirementsasepics,featuresand stories
Collaborates with key stakeholders to complete required artifacts
Education and Experience: 2 years' experience as journey analyst or business analyst in a business context
Understanding of the Wealth Management industry and regulatory environment
A passion for client and advisor experience, with concrete achievements
An excellent capacity to understand and analyze client and advisor needs, with an overall view of related processes
Strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and departments
Able to work in complex environments and in the context of transformation, with multiple stakeholders
Degree in Business or Marketing
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $60,500-$70,200.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity.
