You'll manage installations, configurations, and maintenance of various hardware and software across the campus. Collaborating with ITSS and the Faculty of Medicine, you will ensure systems are efficient and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and network systems
• Manage data protection and backup operations
• Patch Windows, Linux, and endpoint devices




• Support Microsoft 365 services configuration
• Analyze system efficacy and implement improvements

Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Computer Science or IT
• Three years of server/network support experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems
• Understanding of virtualization environments like VMWare
• Relevant industry certifications preferred
