Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients' health status through pre-screening techniques
• Administer biologic and specialty medications with precision
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to review patient files
• Educate patients about their conditions and therapy
• Document patient care in accordance with INVIVA policies
Requirements:
• 2+ years of RN experience and degree with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Infusion certification required; oncology experience preferred
• CPR and ACLS certifications desirable
• Excellent clinical decision-making abilities
• Ability to work autonomously in diverse clinics
