We are looking for a proactive Service Advisor to join our full-time, onsite team at Stratford Subaru. Your role will involve managing service appointments, communicating effectively with Technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction from intake to completion. Experience in automotive service is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers during service appointments
• Document customer concerns and service requests accurately
• Communicate progress updates clearly with Technicians




• Review completed services with customers and address inquiries
• Maintain an organized, clean service lane

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Solid professionalism and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with effective time management
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
• Familiarity with PBS is beneficial
