What You’ll Do Lead the full restaurant opening from pre-opening through launch and beyond
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing FOH team
Drive a fun, energetic, and guest-focused culture
Own day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and consistent service
Manage scheduling, labour,



and cost controls to hit financial targets
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build a strong local following
Partner with senior leadership on systems, standards, and ongoing growth
What We’re Looking For 3+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience
Experience in high-volume, elevated casual concepts
New opening experience is a strong asset
Work within a concept with a strong beverage focus
Strong leadership presence - hands-on and team-focused
Passion for hospitality, people, and creating a great atmosphere
