The Registered Nurse (RN) at Shared Health will take on critical nursing responsibilities, working under the supervision of the Manager Health Services. This role requires strong skills in emergency nursing, patient care coordination, and administration of medical treatments. The RN will support a dynamic healthcare team while promoting patient-centered care in the Adult ER at the Health Sciences Centre.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide independent nursing services for complex patient needs • Administer prescribed medical treatments accurately • Lead and collaborate within the healthcare team • Coordinate patient care and facilitate discharge plans • Participate in Emergency Nursing Orientation training as required

Requirements: • Graduate of an approved Nursing education program • Current registration with College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba • Recent emergency nursing experience preferred • Successful completion of emergency orientation training • Ability to perform in a demanding setting
