Located just north of Guelph, Ontario, Ignatius Jesuit Centre is seeking a dedicated Buildings Monitoring Assistant for a 6-month contract. This role features a flexible schedule with 3-4 hours of work daily and potential weekend shifts. Training is provided, including essential Safe Drinking Water certification, making this an excellent opportunity for those interested in facility management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily inspections of multiple buildings on campus
• Record water meter readings and operational data
• Monitor water systems and complete quality tests




• Report maintenance concerns and irregularities to management
• Assist with additional Buildings-related tasks as required

Requirements:
• Reliable and responsible with valid Ontario driver's licence
• Detail-oriented with solid communication skills
• Able to work independently with sound judgment
• Experience in commercial buildings or maintenance is an asset
• Willingness to undergo Safe Drinking Water training
