Make a difference in the fitness community as a Full-Time Fitness Desk Associate at the Prosserman Jewish Community Centre. Help members achieve their health goals while gaining hands-on experience in operations and customer service.

In this role, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our Fitness Centre, providing outstanding customer assistance and engaging with members to enhance their experience. You'll help onboard recent members, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive environment while maintaining the safety and cleanliness of fitness areas. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you’ll contribute to member retention and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build positive relationships with members for better engagement




• Monitor and maintain fitness centre equipment
• Support member onboarding through FitStart programs
• Provide administrative support to the Fitness Department
• Assist with member outreach and retention calls

Requirements:
• Strong passion for fitness and helping others
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with organizational abilities
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Background in fitness or customer service preferred
