Support newly arrived clients at AMES Australia's Pakenham site as a Bilingual Learning Guide. You will assist in enhancing English language skills, focusing on conversation and digital essentials while working in a caring, culturally diverse workplace.

This casual role is seeking applications from individuals fluent in Hindi or Chinese, with at least two years’ experience delivering learning support. You will engage one-on-one or in small groups to help clients from CALD backgrounds achieve their learning outcomes. Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of settlement issues are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
