Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct patient care in home and community settings
• Apply clinical skills including wound care and IV therapy




• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Support clients in health teaching and medication management
• Facilitate access to additional health resources as needed

Requirements:
• Active RN or RPN registration in Ontario
• Professional Liability Insurance (WeRPN/RNAO)
• Valid CPR & First Aid certificate
• Transparent criminal record check
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
