Join Akelius as a live-in Property Caretaker and enhance residential property management. This role includes maintenance tasks, inspections, and emergency response.

As part of the Akelius team, you will maintain properties while living onsite. Your responsibilities will include communicating with residents, performing landscaping, and conducting regular inspections. Strong time management and problem-solving skills are essential as you will be managing both routine tasks and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly inspections of vacant units for readiness
• Address service requests and assist the property manager
• Secure the property and manage master keys
• Clean and maintain building common areas
• Respond to emergencies such as floods and power failures

Requirements:
• 1+ years in building maintenance or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
