In this managerial position, you will oversee the rollout of IL6S implementation, train cross-functional teams, and monitor progress via KPIs. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee IL6S program implementation and maintenance
• Train and coach employees on Lean and CI principles

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in project management roles
• At least 10 years of manufacturing experience
• Proven change management expertise
• Robust analytical and leadership skills
