North American Construction Group is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators (Dozer D9-D11) to join their remote mining site team at Kearl near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the region’s largest and safest contracts, with a strong focus on safety and career growth. Successful candidates will operate large dozers in a mining setting, benefit from union membership, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package. What You’ll Need

Minimum 2 years of experience operating D9-D11 sized dozers

Minimum 1 year working with mining shovels

Experience operating with muskeg/soft ground required

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and recent acceptable Driver’s Abstract

Valid CSO Certification

Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness or Energy Safety Canada Wildlife Awareness (including Bear Awareness) (Kearl Only)

Ability to follow instructions and ensure safe equipment operation

Proficient in English (verbal and written)

High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education is an asset

Subject to random testing (Breath Alcohol, Urine Drug, Fitness-to-Work, Audiometric, Vision, Criminal Record Check)
