In this critical role, you will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing, contributing significantly to safety initiatives. Your expertise will guide operations personnel in compliance and incident investigation. This position requires a thorough understanding of EHS principles to drive cultural engagement and monitor safety KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support policy and program development for safety standardization
• Assist operations in compliance and incident analysis
• Create training opportunities to enhance safety culture




• Engage in safety meetings and initiatives in office
• Monitor and report on safety-related KPIs and metrics

Requirements:
• 4-year degree in EHS or related field recommended
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and prioritization skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
• Previous EHS experience is a plus
