Floqer is the platform that lets humans and AI agents build powerful automations for the work GTM teams have been doing manually, so they can focus on selling, not plumbing. We’re hiring a full-time Software Engineer to join our in office team in Toronto. You’ll own problems end-to-end and work directly with both customers and internal teams.

Talk to customers and internal users to deeply understand their workflows and pain points. Scope implementation plans, think through edge cases, user journeys, and system implications, then build and ship them.

Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and system design. Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g.

Experience with Cloud and event-driven systems for building at scale. Your foundational concepts must be solid, and you should be able to learn and adapt fast.

Salary: 70K–220K plus meaningful equity, scaled with experience.
