Become a critical part of TMF Operations managing the Trial Master File as a TMF Associate. Drive organization and compliance throughout the study lifecycle remotely.
This full time TMF Associate role supports the management of TMF content from study setup to archiving. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete and inspection-ready TMFs. Key responsibilities include developing TMF oversight documents and maintaining quality control, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary TMF contact for assigned studies
• Ensure TMF is complete and inspection-ready throughout cycles
• Create study-specific TMF management documents
• Maintain quality control schedules and perform inventories
• Provide TMF training to stakeholders
Requirements:
• College diploma/degree with 1-3 years of experience
• Understanding of TMF organization and ALCOA principles
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work remotely with occasional office visits
