Conair, the world’s largest privately owned aerial firefighting company, seeks a dedicated Induction Maintenance Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. You will work primarily on converting aircraft to airtankers, ensuring compliance with Conair’s policies and Transport Canada standards. Your role includes troubleshooting, major component replacements, and providing skilled support to fellow team members in a collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on Conair production aircraft
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Complete all associated paperwork accurately
• Collaborate with team members professionally
• Stay up-to-date with Conair policies and CAR regulations
Requirements:
• Holder of Transport Canada Licences M1 or M2
• Completed AME category M training course
• Knowledge of aircraft parts and structures
• Strong ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
• Experience with Q400 type training is an asset
