Become a key player in Hydro Ottawa as the Asset Management Leadership head, focusing on strategic engineering standards and asset lifecycle optimization in a hybrid format. This role is essential for ensuring system resilience and safety. In this position, you will report to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management.

You'll lead a dedicated team of engineers, defining technical standards while managing budgets and optimizing maintenance strategies. You will also play a pivotal role in aligning corporate practices with ISO 55000 standards and navigating complex regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop engineering supervisors and engineers
Ensure integration of standards with asset management strategies




Oversee engineering authority and equipment approvals
Conduct budget management for operational resources
Predict equipment risks through advanced health indexing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
Ontario Qualified Engineer license required
Minimum five years of leadership experience
Asset management knowledge preferred
Solid skills in collaboration tools, preferably Google Workspace Drive Hydro Ottawa towards a sustainable and resilient future as a leader in asset management.
