Develop and execute Asset Management Strategy
Lead Reliability and Planning teams effectively
Optimize equipment strategies and compliance with ISO 55001




Oversee condition monitoring and predictive maintenance programs
Engage with vendors and stakeholders for project alignment

Requirements:
8+ years in maintenance and reliability, especially in mining
3+ years in a leadership role
Proficient in SAP PM and maintenance planning techniques
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Skilled Engineering Designation or relevant certifications
