Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues for customers • Escalate and manage support tickets efficiently • Act as a Subject Matter Expert during customer calls • Develop processes for incident resolution • Conduct site visits for troubleshooting and support
Requirements: • 5+ years experience in networking and customer support roles • Solid understanding of IP Networking and VoIP systems • Familiarity with Cisco switches and networks • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Bilingual English and French preferred
