FIFO or Drive-in Equipment Operators - Yukon Projects - 14/7 - Accommodations Provided - Whitehorse, YT Morgan is seeking Heavy Civil Equipment Operators for upcoming Yukon projects. Operators will play a key role in heavy civil construction, working on earthworks, road building, and mining-related tasks. This is a project-based role with rotational schedules, ideal for experienced operators who thrive in remote and challenging environments.

What You’ll Need Minimum 3 years of recent experience operating heavy equipment (Rock Trucks, Haul Trucks, Graders, Excavators, Dozers) in civil earthworks, construction, road building, or mining
Valid safety training tickets




Intermediate First Aid with CPR & AED
Ground Disturbance (HEO)
Valid Driver’s License
CSA Approved safety boots (minimum 6“ high & fully laceable)
Ability to repetitively and safely lift up to 50 lbs
Successful completion of Alcohol and Drug Screening
Successful completion of comprehensive Fitness-to-Work Assessment
Willingness to work rotational schedules, 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
Preparedness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
What Will Make You Stand Out Experience with Hard Rock mining environments
Experience in Above Ground / Surface Mining
Experience with technical specifications and grade plans, building roads, oilfield leases and pads
Ability to finish or trim
