AlgaeCal Acres, a regenerative farming operation near Cranbrook, BC, seeks a skilled chef to create diverse, nutrient-dense meals for founders Viv and Dean and visiting teams. You will work in a full commercial kitchen attached to living quarters, using 90% ranch-grown ingredients and a Brazilian wood BBQ with Argentinian influences.
You should be able to learn Asian cuisines and other regional styles, handle butchering, and manage meals for 10–25 people, with Fridays reserved for weekend prep.
