In this full-time position, you'll work within our Supply Chain team, focusing on developing sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and cost-saving initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to secure competitive negotiations and implement procurement plans. A strong background in procurement best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies
• Lead competitive procurement processes including RFPs and RFQs




• Analyze spend and supplier performance for savings opportunities
• Collaborate with teams to manage procurement issues
• Maintain compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant construction role
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree with focus on Supply Chain
• SCMP certification considered an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Solid analytical and time management skills
