UBC seeks a Graduate Awards Coordinator (leave replacement) to manage complex administration of graduate merit-based awards, oversee applications and adjudication with national funding bodies, and coordinate funding commitments within the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
The role reports to the Graduate Awards Manager and involves collaboration with senior staff, Enrolment Services, and external donors to ensure accurate and timely award processing.
