As a vital member of the Public Works team, you will report to the Supervisor of Fleet Services. The position uniquely combines preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and aftermarket equipment installations for Halton Police and Ambulance vehicles, alongside an array of fleet responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled annual inspections on municipal vehicles
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet equipment




• Troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues promptly
• Accurately document all vehicle repair work
• Operate safely according to health and safety standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in fleet maintenance
• Licensed with 310S and/or 310T certifications required
• Valid DZ license and Ontario Air Conditioning Certificate
• Proficient in electronic diagnostic systems
• Experience in welding, hydraulic systems, and metal fabrication
