Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and assess comprehensive patient care plans
• Foster interprofessional collaboration for optimal health outcomes
• Conduct detailed assessments and manage IV therapy as needed




• Ensure adherence to patient-centered communication practices
• Commit to continuing education and skill enhancement

Requirements:
• Valid College of Nurses Registration
• Minimum 2-3 years in Medical/Long Term Care settings
• Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and teaching capabilities
• Current BLS certification, RNAO membership valued
