In this role, you will report to the Manager and deliver high-quality care using the Nursing Practice framework at SHN. You will work closely with both RNs and RPNs, providing essential nursing services and ensuring patient satisfaction. Your role may involve work at either the General or Birchmount hospitals based on departmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care based on established practices
• Monitor and assess post-operative patients
• Conduct patient assessments and health promotions




• Collaborate with the nursing team for patient care
• Maintain excellent communication with patients and families

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two years in Acute Medical Nursing or related clinical experience
• Experience in IV therapy and health education
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Commitment to safety and team collaboration
