Drive major aviation systems transformation as a Project Delivery Lead with Harbour Air. This full time temporary role focuses on multi-vendor coordination and project delivery excellence.

The Project Delivery Lead will ensure the successful execution of a six-month system transformation project starting in July 2026. You’ll work closely with various teams in Reservations, IT, and Operations to manage multiple workstreams. Your efforts will drive stakeholder engagement and project success through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain integrated project plans with milestones and risks
• Coordinate governance and vendor meetings accurately
• Track system integration delivery across various platforms




• Prepare dashboards and status updates for leadership
• Lead User Acceptance Testing coordination and sign-off

Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Project Management
• 5+ years in project delivery within complex environments
• Experience with aviation or operationally intensive industries
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
• Based in Vancouver, BC with work eligibility in Canada
