We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer with over 8 years of managing data engineering pipelines. Your role will involve strong hands-on experience with Change Data Capture using Debezium and proficiently handling file-based ingestion. Collaborate with a talented team to ensure effective monitoring and incident management for our data systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end support for data ingestion pipelines
• Monitor and manage CDC and batch ingestion processes
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes




• Handle GCP Pub/Sub topics and alert mechanisms
• Lead production deployments and coordinate testing efforts

Requirements:
• 8+ years in data engineering roles
• Solid experience in Change Data Capture (Debezium)
• Proficient with GCP technologies (Dataflow, Pub/Sub)
• Experience with Cloud SQL environments
• Strong programming skills in Java
