If you’re energized by people, eager to learn, and passionate about your community - this might be your next big step.
What You’ll Do As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work with new business clients to:
Prospect for new business through outbound calling and local outreach
Act as a first point of contact to identify potential client needs
Sell advertising packages including station promotions
Partner with Account Managers to hand over new clients after the initial sale, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success
Coordinate with our support teams to deliver on your clients’ orders
Use our sales planning tools to track outreach and progress toward targets
Meet performance goals based on outreach and package sales




Occasionally participate in client meetings
Confident making outbound calls and engaging clients over the phone
Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
Proactive and goal driven — you see opportunity and take action
Tech-savvy and able to use digital tools for planning and reporting
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales support (an asset, but not required)
