Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Produce Manager on daily priorities
• Coach and motivate team members effectively




• Ensure operational standards are consistently met
• Oversee purchasing and inventory management tasks
• Create and manage checklists with team support

Requirements:
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and merchandising skills
• Experience in food service or retail preferred
