Empire Homes seeks a detail-oriented individual for a Home Orientation Specialist role. You will be responsible for scheduling inspections, performing Pre-Delivery Inspections, and supporting various communities in Breslau, Caledonia, and Brantford. Your expertise in construction performance guidelines and customer service will significantly contribute to the successful closing of homes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule inspections based on construction timelines
• Conduct and lead Pre-Delivery Inspections with homeowners




• Report deficiencies per Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines
• Create and maintain onsite files and documentation
• Provide operational support to onsite administration staff

Requirements:
• College degree or diploma in a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Valid “G” driver’s license is required
• Customer service experience is a plus
