OMERS is seeking an experienced Lead, Employee & Labour Relations in Toronto to support ER/LR processes across the organization. You will handle routine to moderately complex matters, including terminations, investigations, accommodations, and policy work, while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Reporting to the Director, Employee and Labour Relations, you will build trusted relationships with people leaders and HR stakeholders, drive process improvements, and maintain detailed case
