Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange, change, and cancel patient appointments effectively
• Respond to appointment inquiries face-to-face or by phone
• Perform electronic communications for appointment reminders
• Act as a contact point for urgent examination requests
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records per hospital guidelines
Requirements:
• Administration or Clerical Qualifications to NVQ Level 2
• Experience in office/reception environments
• Proficient in office computer packages
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a healthcare setting
