Role Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Coordinate scheduling and follow-up communications to ensure clients receive timely information and assistance.
Document and track client interactions and issues, escalating complex concerns as needed.
Assist in managing client feedback and resolving complaints to ensure client satisfaction.




Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery and resolve client issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate client records in EMR and other systems.
Support the implementation of client experience initiatives and improvements.
Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on processes and service standards.
Role Qualifications Previous experience in client service, customer support, or healthcare coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with EMR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Highly organized with attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
Adaptable availability (able to work within the hours of 7AM-8AM)
